2017 Scientific Meeting Information
Eighteenth Biennial ISRCAP Scientific Meeting 

The 2017 Biennial meeting will be held June 28 - July 1, 2017 at Hotel Casa Amsterdam, in Amsterdam, Netherlands. 


The conference theme will be “Early Childhood Psychopathology: Neural Markers, Sensitive Periods and Interventions.”

Who Can Attend

Mental health professionals interested in child and adolescent psychopathology and treatment of childhood mental health disorders should attend.  Recent basic and applied research and current treatment strategies will be described and evaluated. Attendance is for ISRCAP members and persons sponsored by an ISRCAP member.

Registration, Hotels, and Cancellations

Call for Submissions

The call for submissions has ended. Applicants have been notified whether or not their submission was accepted.

Posterboards at the conference will be 120cm x 100cm (47.24" x 39.37") to display printed landscape posters.


ISRCAP is pleased to have awarded four (4) travel scholarships for the 2017 Meeting. Awardees have been notified.

Election of President-Elect and Secretary/Treasurer 

In 2017, we will elect a new President-Elect for the 2017-2019 term, who will assume the role of President in 2019. We will also elect a new Secretary/Treasurer for the 2017-2021 term. We welcome your nominations for these positions. Self-nominations are welcomed. Members will vote online in May 2017, and the winners will be announced at the Amsterdam meeting. The nomination form can be downloaded at the bottom of the page.

Dear ISRCAP members,

On behalf of the local welcome committee, I would like to extend to you this short, very warm welcome to Amsterdam, The Netherlands, for the upcoming ISRCAP conference. The 2017 biennial meeting will be held from June 28 to July 1 at the Hotel Casa Amsterdam. We’re very much looking forward to meeting you all, and hope that the conference will stimulate much thoughtful discussion and inspire your research on early childhood psychopathology.
